La mia ultima creazione è il mio nuovo art journal… Mi sono fatta ispirare da un’immagine che ho trovato su Pinterest, questa:
“Per vivere una vita creativa, dobbiamo perdere la nostra paura di sbagliare”
Diciamo che non è stato facile per me convincermi che la perfezione non è una cosa umanamente perseguibile, ma finalmente mi sto liberando di questo blocco, ed ora queste poche righe sono diventate il mio “mantra”.
Poi un paio di giorni fa ho fatto un giretto sul blog di Julie Fei-Fan Balzer e sono stata talmente ispirata da quello che ho letto che ho deciso di iniziare questo art journal. La prima pagina non poteva quindi che essere dedicata al mio “mantra” :-)
Se vi va, sul blog dell’ASI ho descritto brevemente le fasi di creazione di questo primo tentativo.

Here’s my last creation, the first page of my art journal, inspired by this quotation from J.C. Pearce.
I have finally understood that perfection is not human and I am slowly overcoming this self-imposed limit, therefore I have made of this quotation my “mantra”.
Then, a couple of days ago I’ve found myself on Julie Fei-Fan Balzer’s blog and I was totally inspired by her posts, so much I finally decided to start my own art journal. The one below is the first page, which is obviously dedicated to my “mantra”.
